I have a merchant that had strategic turnaround to help him consolidate his debt he has 4 positions owes about 78k
he has paid them about 4k and they didn't do what they said they were going to do the lenders never got any of the merchants money
He is still looking to get his merchants paid is there a legitimate debt consolidation company that can get this done?
