Are there any funders that can do a 2nd position deal without requiring a COJ. It's a pretty strong file

I can do this deal. You're referring to not having to disclose a confession of judgment correct? We don't care about credit and approved a ton of borrowers with judgments. They will only need to disclose the 1st position MCA.
