I have a customer that is looking to use his hotel as collateral for a loan. Currently has an outstanding SBA using the hotel as collateral. Anybody have any options for this? Looking for something monthly with a minimum term of 10 years.

So in other words, he needs a 2nd or someone to take out the SBA and take 1st position?
