Any direct lenders that do biz acquisition funding?

I'm getting several biz acquisition leads, and I'm having a difficult time placing them. Most of these are tech co's with great revenue. Deals often look for 30-70% of asking price, and sizes range from $100k on up to $2MM. Is there anyone out there that specializes in these kinds of deals?

Edit: I should clarify that these are physical asset lite co's so SBA path is not an option.

We've done this on real estate transactions and im sure it would work with this type of deal,

1) they could add the borrower to the corporation and the" borrower" could secure financing as an owner vs buyer ( obviously after contracts have been drawn up stating if the deal falls through that the borrower doesnt have any stake in the company and immediatley removed)

2) the current owner could take out an mca or term loan and the borrower assume all liability.
