Plumbing/HVAC applicant looking for a loan not an MCA between $1 mil to $2 mil

I have a client who is looking for a $1million to $2million loan. They do not WANT an SBA loan due to the time it takes for those to fund. The client has impeccable credit. They have annual revenue of $14 million to $18 million a year. They own three businesses which are all under one entity. The parent company is a plumbing company. They also on an HVAC and HVAC and Plumbing Parts company which supply parts to other small business owners. They have a strong consumer base and a lot of annual contracts which still have one to two years on them which generate 30% of their revenue. The client is looking for a business loan as they need to keep costs down which means an MCA will not be feasible. They are looking to get funded within 2 weeks.
