Medical practice has three advances

1. $70,000 $240 daily
2. $7,000 $199.00
3. 4,000 $230

Merchant is doing approximately 70K monthly - approximately $4k in ending balances. There are no nsf's or negative days and credit in the 600's

I am getting offers for a 4th position and merchant needs relief. Merchant does NOT want to pledge property.

I need a true consolidation for all of these advances and Merchant will also review options for factoring for a medical practice.
