Hi Guys, I'm new to this forum so please bear with me if I am posting in the wrong location. I am an underwriter funding deals with my own money within Ace funding. I am willing to pay new ISOs 12 points on 1.499s and 10 points on 1.459s for the first month in order to gain some new partnerships. Ill fund any positions but specialize in 2nd-5th. Noone but me will see your files as I do the underwriting and the funding myself. I know its a lot to ask for trust in this industry but give me a shot and you will not be let down.
