  • funding companies that cater to quirky niches

Looking to profile funding companies that cater to quirky niches as opposed to serving run-of-the-mill small businesses. Will be featured in an upcoming DeBanked article. Please email me at cheryl.munk@gmail.com if you have any leads.

    Thanks,
    Cheryl

Tough File | $12-14M Yearly Gross | Nursing Center |

Need to find a lender, current 1st position is Pearl. Knight turned down, Chpter 11 BK decree signed 7/14 Personal and Business Tax Liens over $1.7M, payment plans set up via BK and current arrangements. Pearl still owed $80k paid off in September. $12-$14M gross a year, Nursing Center industry.

Had an approval with Knight, then started coming up with excuses not to proceed after stips were submitted.

Seeking a minimum of $250k for rehab/expansion. Preferably $500k needed. File has been sent to multiple lenders. Any ideas?

I've responded to you twice and you picked up each email.
Is it too much to expect that a writer for a professional journal respond as a simple business courtesy and act of professionalism?
