  • Business Backer and Enova

Was delighted to see that this business backer lender was being acquired by a publicly traded company (ENVA). It is becoming a crowded field for ondeck.

I read that ENOVA is a conglomerate of lenders. Anyone have any thign to share about them as a company ?

Not so sure about Enova, but Business Backer is a solid company to work with. They've given me approvals for 1.18 over 12 months.

Another acquisition. I think we have a thread about M&A in this business. The article read they would keep their staff and add future jobs in Ohio so that's a good sign as sometimes acquisitions result in an entire new management and staff.

Chambo is correct but that is a very good buy rate (plus no fees deducted out)

of course not but 1.23% paying 5% on a 12 month term with no fees is competitive with the other A paper funders

You should be careful while investing your money in any company. You should research to find best fund managers in your area. The important which should be kept in mind while researching is to search for international funds management company that has team of people who can successfully manage your money.
