We now have two HELOC options available for qualified borrowers:
HELOC Express
A streamlined program for borrowers who fit the program guidelines and want a faster, more simplified HELOC process.
For files that do not qualify for HELOC Express, we also have access to several national banks with their own HELOC programs. These bank programs can sometimes accommodate situations that fall outside the Express guidelines.
With the bank HELOC programs, there is no compensation paid by the bank or lender. Our compensation is handled separately through a 3% fee agreement, payable only after the HELOC funds.
