  • Need Advice

    Hello, Hello,

I got a job at a good direct funder. And I have a question about fair commissions.

I normally hear ISO managers making $500 - $1,000 + 2% of the deal funded.

The thing is that it’s my first week. And I’m bringing him several new deals. From my books at my other job. So now I’m closing several large deals. 200k, 100k, and $3,500,000 deal my first week. From the clientele that I brought in.

It’s a real estate/hotel deal. So I’m not sure how that would change the payout. He may have syndicate because it’s over $3M. So it could change the payout. If the client asks for 3.5M

If it’s 100% funded in house. And the factor rate is 1.2. What is a fair commission on a deal that size to ask my boss? There is still some time to negotiate sense I have not signed the official employment contract.

If he has to syndicate, what’s a fair commission at that point. If we have to renegotiate that?

    Thank’s,

    Value

PS: Mods please move if this is in the wrong section.
