SMARTBIZ - HAVING AN ISSUE WITH NO FOLLOW-UP & NOT GETTING PAID COMMISSIONS

SMARTBIZ IS NOW ACCEPTING LOANS - One deal was funded and 3 are set to fund. No response in regard to commission as of two weeks ago on the funded deal and no responses on the 3 loans in underwriting. It appears as of this morning, I have been kicked out of the Portal. Is anyone
having an issue reaching Smartbiz or receiving commissions?

BTW - typical SBA Loans - after funds are disbursed - commission are paid 7/8 days later. That is the SBA 7(a) loan
