It was recently recommended to us that we identify a "chief reconciliation officer" within out company and make it know to the merchant that they have the ability to reach out to this person at any time and request a complete recon of their account and/or modification at a certain point. Does anyone have this in their company? If so, can you send me where you ID this person, either on your website, in printed material, etc. Thanks!
