Hi, I am curious to hear from the actual lenders on this one. If every MCA lender has a no-stacking clause in their agreements, and every MCA lender has an underwriter that reads over bank statements and sees stacking taking place, why do they allow their company to fund when they have a no-stacking clause? I've always been curious on that as i see companies with 5+ stacked and each lender has a no-stacking clause. Thanks.

Hopefully, this helps
1. Every lender does not have a no stacking clause
2. Not every lender enforces the no stacking clause. Some have it in the contracts to scare the client from stacking.
3. If the merchant has good statements and the owner sounds like a reasonable person over the phone, A lender will help him/her out.
