The Acquisition activity in this industry has been pretty steady over the last few years. It's a sign of a mature industry and larger companies wanting to add SMB funding to their mix of products. As a stand alone, I don't think it makes as much money as people think. As an added product to a larger company who offers other products and services, it makes sense. This is why Chase and Wells are now funding SMbs, AMEX, Square has added this product, Paypal acquired Swift, Enova Acquired business backers, Rockbridge who is known for their mortgage business Quicken Loans, acquired Rapidadvance, and some MCA's have acquired some brands like BFS acquiring GRP Funding, MCC allowing Credibly to service a $250m portfolio along w/ other assets to WBL, Capify giving its US servicing rights to SFS, etc. I think we will continue to see consolidation.
