Yeah I saw they were looking for brokers on comments about chargebacks.. should be interesting to see the comments. I have always been curious how many funders really use that provision in their agreements. I know we see some brokers come on and post about here and there for charge backs but I would think for all the deals in the industry being done that if the funders were really using that clause we would get more grumblings.

chargebacks will probably find themselves in the July/Aug issue. The May/June issue is already completed and being sent off to the printing presses.

Apparently that clause is being enforced with regularity from what I've heard. A lot of brokers just aren't talking about it online.

Well, half the brokers out there (broker is a strong word), could careless about the funder and care less if the merchant pays. "Gimme my commission and let me get my fee" seems to be the prevailing attitude out there
