Seeking factor that will do invoice factoring for establshed contracting company

Seeking factor that will do an invoice factoring facility for an established contracting company that does NOT require estoppel letters It is a sizable company and the facility is being required so that an SBA Loan committment can be executed it is one of the stipulations but needs a factor willing to do this without estoppel letters
