I recently exited Dynamic capital, a successful commercial lending brokerage, and started a new venture called TMPLR. TMPLR is a Blockchain-based ecosystem featuring a dual-sided platform designed to benefit businesses and their backers.
SBOs are being abused in a lending space riddled with predatory high risk lenders who seek to issue loans with high rates and short terms that are borderlining usury. Predatory ISOs are stacking out merchants, over leveraging them just to make high commissions with little regard to business longevity.
