Seeking direct lender who has funded Costa Rica Hotel Resort projects in Costa Rica projects before and can do a debt equity type of deal and understands that the issues with front fees and is willing to do their own due diligence on their own dime. Never seen a deal close that requires any type of front fees in all of my 30 years of experience so not gonna start encouraging clients to pay front fees.
