  • Need new funders that do monthly payments, equipment funding or invoice factoring

    We have been funding for 6+ years just rebuilt our outreach Ai systems to be really increase our deal flow for lending we also do a lot of other things for businesses so we have solid files.

    We just became the preferred lender for a massive network of 90k gas stations and convenience stores and are looking to get set up with some new lenders that can help us with some of these files.

    We have never had a bad review or complaint even tho 80% of our deals are MCA because we always go with the best deal for the client not what’s best for our pocket. We also don’t charge broker fees or BS clients. We have under a 1% default rate also.

    We need options for the following:
    Longer term 12 mo+
    Monthly payments or bi weekly payment options
    Equipment financing
    Invoice factoring
    Line of credit

  • Tote the note land developer needing funding or to cash out on future receivables

    My client is a developer ( with a self described low credit score ) that has been in business for several years , doing tote the note land development for residential use. He sells the land on payments ( 12 % interest ) to basically anyone regardless of credit . His properties have had people paying on them for an average of about 5 years on normally a 10 to 15year note .

    The remaining balance on these notes is 2.2 million with monthly payments currently at $37,000 per month .

    The developers subdivisions are sold out and he wants to cash out to buy more land or possibly get a loan at a low rate with his existing land as collateral to buy more land . His developments are in Texas and Arizona with a separate LLC for each states operations .
