- Acquiring business must be in operation for 5+ years
- Acquiring business must average a minimum of $10,000 in monthly deposits per month from business banking
- Acquiring business must average less than 5 negative days per month from business banking
- Buyer must be able to make at least 20% deposit
- Minimum of 5 deposits/batches per month
- Both buyer and seller sign as guarantors
- Minimum 5 or less negative days per month
