Program Details:
This program is designed to assist buyers with the upfront funding needed to acquire a new business.
Short term advances based on the current cash flow of the existing business will be used to approve and fund the sale.
Sales Directive:
Network with local/national business brokers for their denied deals from the SBA and Banks. We will provide you a marketing direction to communicate with business brokers.
This is a much faster closing process compared to Bank and SBA lending.

Requirements of the program:
· The business being acquired must have been in operation for over 5 years.
· Buyer’s credit reviewed on a case by case basis
· Minimum of $10,000 average monthly deposits
· Both buyer and seller sign as guarantors
· Buyer investment must be at least equal to the amount of the advance
