Role Overview

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving new originations and strategic partnershipsfor Capital Equipment Leasing. This role focuses on dealer onboarding, broker relationships, and direct-to-business growth across commercial equipment finance products.

The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven rainmaker with experience in equipment finance, MCA, commercial lending, or B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Partnerships
  • Source and develop new dealer, vendor, and referral partnerships
  • Build relationships with equipment dealers, brokers, CPAs, and business owners
  • Expand footprint in construction, transportation, medical, manufacturing, and logistics

Sales & Origination
  • Generate and manage a consistent deal pipeline
  • Qualify opportunities and coordinate with underwriting to close funded
