Vice President of Operations – Reporting directly to the COO
Required qualifications for this position are:
• 4+ years relevant working experience
• Mastery of Excel, VBA, and Java
• Excellent communications skills and ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
• Self-motivated and strong work ethic
• Ability to apply expertise on multiple, complex work assignments – assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks
Preference will be given to individuals who have:
• Degree in one of the following or related fields; Computer Science, Operational Research, Engineering, Statistics
• Experience working with Access, SAS, SPSS, MATLAB, SQL, MySQL, etc…
• Experience working in the financial industry
• Experience in workflow designs.
• Direct working experience with front office and technology personnel.
