From all of my marketing channels word of mouth (WOM) seems to produce the most results - no, I haven't purchased any leads (DM me for convo on that).....
Current deal real example from WOM: Chiropractor wants to sell practice for 220k, 2 buyers (700 and 800+ scores) have submitted docs, approved term loan for 30k and we still need 190k. Submitting docs with current business revenue to collateral lender. We'll see what happens. Thoughts anyone????
