I am working with a new Burgerim franchisee who will be signing a lease for a new location. Landlord is providing some allowance but he will need credit line for $200K to be used for equipment, operating capital, etc. It's a husband and wife team. Husband will keep his day job and makes $120K+ and wife will work at store. Let me know if you can assist with funding.

If the couple has at least a 700 credit score and a debt percentage below 50%, I can get both of them preapproved for a line of credit from $50k-$200k each. -
