  • Real Estate Investor needs $500K LOC

I have a client with good credit who has been flipping houses in TX for last 3 years. He is a licensed realtor and is dialed into the Dallas/Fort Worth market. He buys 1 house at an auction per month, light cosmetic work, and sells it. Project costs are $200K-$250K per house. He has been working with a money partner and wants to branch out on his own. Please let me know if any lenders out there would have an interest in this one. He is a sole proprietor, no biz entity.

If he has completed 10 -15 flips in the past 12 months, we can extend a credit line
(Experience must be verified via closing docs)

You were asking about the very rich, which means a lot more than $1,000,000, so there's that much more in interest and dividends. 5% of $10 mill is $500k per year. I can live on that quite nicely. https://1xbet.cm/fr/ They should not have it all in one bucket, which would be foolish. Walmart is not that risky as long as it's not the only place you're investing in.
