Happy Monday Everyone --- working a complex deal requiring $4MM DIP Loan. This will be a non real-estate secured transaction.
- Borrower currently working with investment banker. Package has been put together for lender consideration
- NDA required prior to communication regarding details. High level is acceptable
- Asset Base Type Loan for collateralization
- Requiring a 'bid' type system which must go through Bankrupt court for consideration / approval

Anyone point me in the right direction?
