What are these things worth?

I was hoping to get the opinions of guys who buy leads for research purposes... I'm curious to know what guys thought an application + statements delivered the same hour they are produced are worth? Specifically for folks in the market for second positions, consolidations, or renewals (they'd all have balances).

For the record, this is not an offer to sell anyone anything, just trying to see if there's commercial value in something we do extraordinarily well.
