Very Simple!
If you have a merchant that got funded within the last 2 weeks we will come behind with half the offer and half the days.
ex. Haul today LLC got funded on 11/05 100K for 90 days we will automatically fund them by 11/19 50K for 45 days
Exceptions:

- Merchants is bouncing payments
- Max term = 90 days
