It's our first post on here so might as well make it impactful and yes, you read the title correctly.
Over the past few years, we have executed multiple Lead Generation campaigns for a variety of verticals, one of which being Alternative Lending/MCA. Recently, we noticed there is a "looming doom" of having litigators try their best to get money out of companies for violating DNC regulations.
As a Marketing Agency, we are fully aware of the ramifications that come with dialing or sending the wrong person marketing content.
So what bright idea did we come up with?
A Community Suppression List of Litigators. Yes, again, you read that correct. We would like to provide ALL companies in the Alternative Lending/MCA industry (along with other industries) with a list of litigators connected to cases specifically for DNC and marketing violations free of charge.
First and foremost, let me clarify that we are not selling this data set. It is free for anyone to download and use. The technical term for this set is “Open Data.”
There is no cost associated with receiving this list, no data points other than phone values, and no marketing email list that you will be subscribed when downloading the dynamic list.
Second, let me clarify this is NOT an advertisement. We are not promoting or encouraging the purchase of this data set and/or any of our data. This post is simply a way for us to enable (no pun intended) companies to block any possible headaches that could come along with DNC violations.
This list is “Open Data” and free to all. The similarity of what this list is how Github is to open source code bank that programers share their code with the world for the greater good.
The link below will lead you to the page that will answer all your questions and view the data set because we are sure you have a bunch.
If you are unaware of how to suppress values to a list, there are also some short Excel videos to walk you through removing duplicates on a spreadsheet. Again, you are free to do whatever it is you want with it (but we recommend using it as a suppression list).
We hope it helps.
