IR API Poll Frequency? LC Terms of Use Max?

When the loans show up on IR many are already fully funded or close to be being fully funded. It has become very difficult for me to invest in the last few days.
Currently, how frequent does the API check for new loans around the posting times and at other times?

The new Prosper Terms of Use prohibit users from querying the API more than 20 times per second. What is the LC Terms of Use maximum?

Every 15 seconds.
LC imposes a different type of limit: if you query twice in less than 15 seconds (last time I tried), you get the same (stale) results.

That's good to know. I might be making that 15-seconds mistake manually sometimes.

Based on my Wall Street experience the next step is paying Lending Club to collocate my server next to theirs and plug directly into their servers. i hope it costs less than the NYSE is now charging at $500 per month per user.
