This is my first year of P2P with Prosper, anyone know when we can expect our tax forms?

Last year I got my consolidated 1099 on Jan. 31st.

They are required by the IRS to get them out by January 31st, so I expect they'll be out around the end of the day.

By the way, according to this page, 1099-Bs do not need to be sent out to us by institutions until February 15th, though most other 1099s and W-2s are of course due January 31st.

Both the 1099-B and 1099-OID are in. Just go to History->Statements and you will see the Consolidated Form 1099, Year 2012.

I also have a 1099-MISC in mine.

You can find the detailed instructions on the 1099B, 1099-OID and 1099-MISC forms and fill them online here.

As for PDFfiller in general, they have a dedicated page for every tax form along with instructions, for example:
