data dictionary for payment history file

Let me know if this is not the right panel for this question. Do you know how to get the data dictionary/description for the attributes/fields in the two payment history files that can be found below:

First, go to Lending Club Statistics; next go to the link Additional Statistics. Then we can see two Payment History Files below:
(1) Payments made to investors
(2) All payments (includes payments made to investors and to LendingClub)
