There is a risk score assigned to loans I can see here: https://www.peercube.com/comment?loanid=xxxxxxx" class="bbc_link" target="_blank">https://www.peercube.com/comment?loanid=xxxxxxx (replace x with loan)

Is there any documentation to identify how this score is calculated and how it is classified as "high risk" etc?

Is there a mechanism to adjust the sales price listed on foliofn based on the risk score?

Thanks!

Our March 2013 newsletter provides the links related to Risk Index. It may provide you more insights.

Only place you can use Risk Index for selecting loans is Risk-Return strategies https://www.peercube.com/blelow/riskadjreturn/balanced" class="bbc_link" target="_blank">https://www.peercube.com/blelow/riskadjreturn/balanced. There is no integration of risk index with loan filtering on primary and secondary platforms.
