Pending for 12 business days?

Anyone ever seen anything like this before? Still says pending after 12 business days. The note has never been late and there is nothing in the collection log indicating that a LC rep has contacted them.

In my experience this indicates a larger than normal payment and usually paid in full.

Yeah I would have been, but no such luck.
Payment settled today, but no additional amount was recorded. Just the normal monthly payment. Why would it be pending for 13 business days?
