I am currently considering investing around 15-20% of my investment portfolio in P2P investments. However, I would like to hear what your experience in the field is and how much of your portfolio you have invested in P2P platforms? What have your returns been?

When it comes to choosing platforms, it must be said that I am from Europe. That's why I can't invest via LendingClub, Prosper and many of the other frequently mentioned platforms. However, I've been looking at some of the platforms on https://p2pplatforms.com/" class="bbc_link" target="_blank">https://p2pplatforms.com/ - what do you guys think of these?

15-20% is insane.  Its time has come and gone. Big players involved now.  Invest elsewhere. Stock market and other divesting.

If you are looking for p2p platform you can check this site: https://p2pmarketdata.com/p2p-equity-platforms-of-the-world/" class="bbc_link" target="_blank">https://p2pmarketdata.com/p2p-equity-platforms-of-the-world/. There are listed different platforms so you can choose. I know some of them that are listed there, but, for example, RealtyBundles platform has many bundles (groups of properties) in different European countries. Personally I invested in the German bundle about a year ago. Since then the share value of it increased by almost 11%. And must say it pleases.

I am slowly increasing my allocation in crowdfunding platforms, marketplace lending, P2P lending or whatever else they are being called nowadays. I am however still trying to diversify between consumer loans, business loans, litigation finance, real estate, etc. I have about 15% of my investment portfolio on those.

But I also have 35% in cash which I am holding for now and constantly debating if I should wait until after the election or invest it.
