PE investors who are locked up already own the stock, the preferred shares were converted to common as part of the IPO process and are now held by the transfer agent until the lockup is over.
There may be some un-exercised warrants or options out there, but individual owners of those have probably already exercised to start the LT cap gain clock. Institutional owners will sit on them and exercise concurrent with sale.
If the question is when do those shares hit the market, the answer is June.
If the question is about the most recent stock dip, it's due to the ending of the 30 day "silent" period for analysts who have subsequently issued fairly weak recommendations (hold, neutral, market perform, etc.) with targets in the low 20's.
LC is on calendar quarters and fiscal year so I would expect the Q4 and 2014 reports very soon, though they have not announced a date.
