We were all invited because of we are Lending Club investors in the loans and not because of any Fidelity connections, so I wouldn't worry about that. Pretty sure this is the first time buying into an IPO for many of us.

I read in the WSJ that the deal was 20x oversubscribed, but the price has been going up this week as we all know, so it will be interesting to see how this trades this morning.

So it seems like they did this the simple way. I'm guesstimating that everyone got something & basically ended up with approx 70% of the  requested number (rounded down to the closest 25 unit). So if you asked for 200, you probably got 125. If you asked for 100, you probably got 50. Going the other direction, asking for 250 got you 175, asking for 300 got you 200 & no one got more than 250 unless...............well let us not even go there. Perish that thought, otherwise Core will float another conspiracy before even one trade is executed.   :)

Probably if you asked for 100 or less you get your entire fill, max you can get is 250, everyone in the middle is pro-rated accordingly.

Does anybody else feel jipped? I mean the LC executives are becoming wildly rich by using our money... 250 shares when I have 10's of thousands on the platform is pretty unappreciative

Has anyone else been able to place a sell order (in anticipation of when trading opens) with Fidelity? I keep getting error messages.
