Still having problems on Folio
OP: November 05, 2012, 12:00:00 AM
Starting a new thread. The original issue went away, but now a bunch of my for sale notes show as IGP, but if I attempt to reprice, in the reprice screen they show as current. The notes should be showing current.

That's pretty obnoxious.

I haven't got any for-sale notes with very recent payment dates (most recent is 10/30/2012) so I'm not seeing the same thing as you. I am still seeing missing info on my account page though. All of the transactions and canceled orders from the first and second of the month are blanked out.

I'm having similar issues on Folio. Just a mess right now.

I've decided to stop looking at Folio until end of this month... will just deal with things I want to sell in december.

I'm seeing some weird stuff on Foliofn Browse Notes

Sort by Remaining Payments.

A lot of the notes have $null.00

Anyone know what's going on with Foliofn?

Browse notes seems to be OK for the most part.

But on the My Account page, none of the notes in my Open Sell Orders are being updated. For example, I've got some Fully Paid notes that still show as Current, until I go to reprice them.

Still having the same issue also. I have to say, in my two years using LC, this is the first time I haven't felt very confident about the platform. Should have been fixed by now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I find the lack of transparency disturbing. This has been going on almost 2 weeks and they have never once publicly acknowledged the problem. It gives a strong impression of incompetence or deliberate deception.

You're right, it is disturbing. I'd suggest everyone posting on their Facebook page where it is public and everyone can see it. Put some pressure on them. We won't get answers there but maybe it will light a fire under them if all of their potential investors and borrowers are seeing that a lot of people are complaining.

I'm seeing the same problems and this is very frustrating.  I would suggest emailing and calling them anytime there is a problem.
It helps if multiple people complain about the same thing.

Try to be as specific as possible when you contact them.
Ex.  Note number xyz from loan abc shows up as current on this screen but it shows as fully paid here.

I read that LC recently updated their server architectural.  It sounds that process didn't go as smoothly as they would have liked; complicated by the fact that Foliofn is a separate entity instead of being "in-house".
