Hi, looking for a loan

Hi,
I'm looking for advice on how to get a loan or to get a loan.  Recently, I took on a lot of debt and have been working on getting out of the hole that I've dug myself into.  Payday loans, credit cards and personal loans are amounting up to $35,000, and because everything's all spread out I end up paying a larger amount due to all of the interest rates.  I'm looking to consolidate my debt into a 2-3 year loan but because my credit utilization shows high my credit score isn't allowing me to take out a traditional loan.  Any ideas or suggestions I greatly appreciate.
