Receving International Wire Transfers & Fees, Vanguard

Ally uses Chase as an intermediary, which charges a $20 flat fee.

Chase has something like a $40 incoming wire transfer fee.

Schwab I'm unclear but in practice, their intermediaries charged me around  $13.50 for a transfer from Korea

Vanguard uses HSBC, and I'm wondering if anyone has ever used them for an international wire transfer, and how were the fees?
