Makes it very close, yes. My understanding is that:

1. a lending platform would just need to support Optimism (an eth l2).
2. 3DNS would need to end beta period and open the floodgates to the whole public.

I'm like number 70,000 on the wait list. darn

It's cute but I don't believe phone numbers loans would ever seriously take off.

This looks like a pretty significant milestone, am I right? Does this put regular domain names on track to be lendable assets on the blockchain?
