Are you the author of that article?

Not sure how many here are invested in LexShare (litigation finance). Yesterday my first case closed successfully. Got a 10% return from a 6 months investment period. I am not sure if the risk is really worth it tho since you could go to $0.

Anyone else invested in Litigation Finance on LexShare or other platforms?

Introductions / Hello and portfolio tracking tools
August 12, 2020, 11:00:00 PM
Hello,

been a lurker for a while but finally decided to start an account. Great insights on the forums.

I am an investor in LendingClub, PeerStreet, Crowdsteert and others. Looking to connect with other investors and share investment tips, strategies and advice.

I am also working on a new tool https://www.moneyminx.com" class="bbc_link" target="_blank">Money Minx which is a net worth calculator and tracking tool. I've tried so many tools out there that just don't seem to get it right, so I decided to build my own.

Cheers!

Has anyone ventured outside of the US? I got into Estate Gugu, loving it so far.

this is a really old thread that has been revived. Realty Shares is gone.

I am slowly increasing my allocation in crowdfunding platforms, marketplace lending, P2P lending or whatever else they are being called nowadays. I am however still trying to diversify between consumer loans, business loans, litigation finance, real estate, etc. I have about 15% of my investment portfolio on those.

But I also have 35% in cash which I am holding for now and constantly debating if I should wait until after the election or invest it.

I am currently using a combination of Excel and Personal Capital to track my investment portfolio returns but am looking for something that can maybe combine the two. Any suggestions?
