Hello everyone!
I wonder what do you think about comparison of real estate investment and stocks investment? What benefits has each market to your opinion?
I ask because I have recently read an article where these markets are compared. It is said that the RE market is less risky, more stable and easier to control. On the other side, stocks are more liquid, are easier to diversify and manage. More detailed info you can read in this article if you want: https://realtybundles.com/blog/real-estate-vs-stocks-investments-what-to-choose" class="bbc_link" target="_blank">https://realtybundles.com/blog/real-estate-vs-stocks-investments-what-to-choose.
What criteria are important for you and how do you choose what to invest in? Please, share your opinion!

General Discussion / Interview with Reinvest24 CEO
March 10, 2020, 11:00:00 PM
Interesting article. You wrote about Reinvest24, but I'd like to mention another platform, it is good enough, to my opinion. I'm talking about https://realtybundles.com/invest-now" class="bbc_link" target="_blank">https://realtybundles.com/invest-now. At least, it hasn't disappointed me yet (and hope will not). Maybe someone is looking for a crowdfunding platform, so it would be useful for them.

I actually tried investing with RealtyBundles recently, and I really enjoyed the investment process. As to why this company`s concept is better than REIT, it combines both features of REIT, such as investments in various countries, and gives flexibility of crowdfunding where you can choose the projects you really want to invest in. Hope this clarification helps.

Investors - LC / Worst Month Yet

I am sorry to hear this. Yes, I think diversification is one of the most important factors to consider to reduce risks as this one.

Yes, that`s why I prefer to invest in Europe, rather than Asia. There are still countries in the EU, which I did not pay attention to earlier, but which, as it turns out, hold a lot of potential, like Hungary, for example. Who would have thought, right?  I recently found this article https://realtybundles.eu/learn/blog/12-real-estate-in-hungary/59-5-factors-that-make-budapest-attractive-to-real-estate-investors" class="bbc_link" target="_blank">https://realtybundles.eu/learn/blog/12-real-estate-in-hungary/59-5-factors-that-make-budapest-attractive-to-real-estate-investors, which really got me thinking about the real estate investments in Budapest. Who agrees with me? Should we consider Europe more?

Yes, sounds complicated. Have you thought about diversifying further? Like with property crowdfunding, for example. You can invest in much more than just 2 assets for small amounts of money.
