I've started buying statistically significant numbers of notes on the secondary market in the past two months. Based on LC historical data, I expect a certain number of defaults. So far, I have no defaults, but several have gone into the grace period (IGP) for the first time. What percent of those should I expect to eventually default?

Anil has https://www.peercube.com/blog/category/peercube/10" class="bbc_link" target="_blank">https://www.peercube.com/blog/category/peercube/10 that suggests 41% if I read it correctly, but I think it's based on notes that both originated and terminated in 2014- probably a skewed dataset.

In case it matters, I buy mostly EFG grade, 60 months, never late.

I followed the same path as hdsouza and agree with his comments. Login, filter, diff, and analyze. I pull the new filtered notes, analyze, and buy any good ones. And I'm not getting the best notes by any stretch of the imagination.

I think you could answer this question by trying to buy notes from yourself. Select one of your own notes to sell. You already know the noteId, orderId, and loanId, and AskPrice. Put it up for sale at a high price, and immediately try to buy it- you should succeed. Now put it up for sale at increasingly lower prices. At some point, you might find that someone buys it before you, even though you knew the details in advance.

I'm planning on trying this test soon. Would be interested if anyone else wants to try it too.

Old topic, I know, but I did some tests and found it varied from 2 minutes 40 seconds to 3 minutes. That was over the course of a week (I wasn't really *that interested, but happened to be logging it).

Hi, first time post.. From the Folio Browse Notes page, I can set my filters and "Download Search Results". That works fine. Now I want to do the same thing programatically using https://www.lendingclub.com/foliofn/notesRawData.action" class="bbc_link" target="_blank">https://www.lendingclub.com/foliofn/notesRawData.action, but I get a "page does not exist" web page instead of the data I expect.

As Fred93 said (https://forum.lendacademy.com/index.php/topic,2231.15.html" class="bbc_link" target="_blank">https://forum.lendacademy.com/index.php/topic,2231.15.html), you have to be logged in. Well I'm logged in with Chrome, Firefox, and IE, but it still doesn't work.

Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks!
