It seems to me that one's percentile in the pool of ALL portfolios of VARIOUS ages and VARIOUS WAIRs isn't a very useful metric by which to measure one's portfolio performance.
The other 2 metrics, vs Similar Age Accounts and vs Similar Age and Similar WAIR Accounts, seems a more reasonable metric to me.

I'm not complaining. I just want to understand the relevance of the numbers.

Is the first input Average Net Annual Return supposed to read Adjusted Net Annualized Return?
Would help to eliminate confusion if wording is exactly the same as what's found on the LC site.

I wonder if there are any followers of William O'Neil's How To Make Money In Stocks and the CAN SLIM stock investment philosophy.
I'm a longtime stock investor and have known about CAN SLIM for a while. This year, I resolved to be a disciplined CAN SLIM investor. Being disciplined is HARD!

I wonder... is LC's lack of a BRV reason enough to sway investors away from LC towards Prosper?
I have accounts at both but am now wondering if I should halt reinvestment at LC and funnel the funds toward Prosper. Is anyone doing this? And if so, what are your underlying reasons?

P2P-Picks / 2014-08-21 10:00 - no LC publication?

No publication for 10am and 2pm. First time I've seen back-to-back missed P2P-Picks publications.

I've experienced the same sharp reduction in P2P-Picks through BV in the last 1-2 weeks.
Am interested to learn whether this will be resolved in the near future or is this the new normal.

The "catch", if you want to call it that, is that LightStream's target customer has "https://www.lightstream.com/partial/cms/excellent-credit" class="bbc_link" target="_blank">excellent and substantial credit" to receive the lowest LightStream rate.
From my experience (yes, I applied for a LightStream loan), I recommend an 800+ FICO on Experian and Equifax AND income and savings in-line with your requested amount if you want to maximize your chance for approval.

P2P-Picks / Breakdown by grade and Top X%
August 26, 2014, 11:00:00 PM
Has anyone kept a log of P2P-Picks breakdown by grade and Top X%, similar to the attached XLS worksheet?
I think it would be helpful to determine investment/note when trying to deploy a given amount within a certain time frame.

It's now 10:13 and the most recent LC publication has a timestamp of 2014-08-21 06:01:03. It there a problem with LC or P2P-Picks feeding?

P2P-Picks / Top 5, 10, 15????
August 07, 2014, 11:00:00 PM
I'm investing for my brother who's more conservative than me. I started him off with LM Top 5% and PM Top 5%. Then I noticed LM purchases were far outpacing PM purchases so I loosened the PM reins to Top 10%. Purchases are still skewed towards A and B loans but not as much as before.
