Investors - LC / LC Picks New Year Sale
September 11, 2020, 11:00:00 PM
I have updated the thread regarding my returns:

https://forum.lendacademy.com/index.php/topic,5166.0.html" class="bbc_link" target="_blank">https://forum.lendacademy.com/index.php/topic,5166.0.html

I use LC Picks exclusively as my tool to decide on which loans to invest in.

I attached a screen shot from my account below. It has been going pretty well lately.  My NAV is creepy up toward 10%

A lot of you guys on here were very kind answering my questions prior to me signing up with Lending Club.  I'll try to give an update monthly or so.

An IRA IS an individual account.  All of her active notes, I was able to sell leaving only charged off notes.  All of the cash was transferred to another brokerage.  The only thing left in the account were all her charge offs which do occasionally pay recoveries.  The options were either to surrender the charge offs to LC and be done with the account, or to transfer / convert them over to my individual taxable account.  Fairly easy.  I just had to add her to the individual account, thus making it a joint account, and then transfer the charge offs from her IRA.  When they do that, they create a new "portfolio" folder and dump them into that.  Subsequently, the IRA is then closed.  Then whatever recoveries come in, they credit to the taxable account.

Interesting artcle but says what we already knew.

Capital One cut the limit on my business card last week. Doesn't matter to me but wonder if there aren't plenty of other businesses that it would.

As of 08.28.20

19 "current" (for lack of a better term)

LC has moved the 7 that were fully paid out of hardship status.

I'm getting payments on some of these.  I also had at least seven that paid off.

The situation seems be okay for now.

I don't think they care. I left my account dormant for 2-3 years before investing any new money.

The Foliofn web site now says the ending date is 8/26, which business day has ended.  The API stopped working at 15:20PM PDT.

Foliofn is dead.
