Maybe it's because the borrower was contacted by LC and then put on a payment plan but the log as many people said is not accurate or updated as many think it is. Just watch the note and see if it ever does goes into a payment plan status.

Investors - LC / Sell / Hold ?
January 14, 2013, 11:00:00 PM
It really depends on what type of investor you are. If you can't sleep at night if you have a note in grace period then sell them. But if you don't mind the risk then you should just hold it. Personally I would have sold them the first time they hit grace period. But for the first loan it seem like the person is taking advantage of grace period because it does not effect their credit score, so they realize it's like a freebie. If you don't mind the risk keep it and see how it all plays out. After saying all this in the end it is completely up to you and what kind of investor you are.

Investors - LC / Deposits via Credit Card?

I don't think they will. They don't allow credit cards for initial deposit (that I know of). I think your thinking of Paypal?

I think it's because the chart at LC is a very small sample size between April-October 2011
