This person actually owed $18,000, due to 5 installment accounts.
Given the prior bankruptcy and the cage cashier job in Nevada, I'd say the spending spree happened before the loan request.
I can't see the note data, but it looks like the person tried hard and almost made it!  Too bad.
A DTI of 24.69% at an income of $2,917 per month is a struggle.

It's great to hear from new members!  Welcome!

I think you only get money for the sale of the debt if the borrower pays up, and a lot of fees will be deducted.

Warning, the chart is slow to generate.
(I waited two minutes, but the 0.00 result didn't change.)

Have not used Folio for 9 weeks.  Am reinvesting in new notes sparingly.

I hope at least half of the people who haven't posted any 2017 returns yet will do so this month.

Foliofn - LC / Getting Shafted Buying Notes?
April 28, 2017, 11:00:00 PM
My observations as a seller have been that if the note goes payment pending the sale is canceled, regardless of whether the payment gets paid or not.  To sell it again I have to re-list it if/when that becomes possible.

PeerCube / Lending Club ID not Found
April 07, 2017, 11:00:00 PM
Have any other manual investors been finding loans in their cart that can not be found on PeerCube?

This has been a problem for me at every loan release.
Today, for example, at 9 minutes after the first (6 A.M.) release, "No loan with Loan ID 104073726 was found."
It was only 3% funded on LC (still available) and one of two released that I carted in the first two seconds.

The other today was 104901255, which was fully funded before :09 minutes.

This was the reason I used to subscribe to IR.  I could get at least some extra information there.
Maybe I'll have to re-subscribe to IR for that.  Have been waiting to see if anything changes with the PC speed
or/and availability factor.

In case somebody thinks of browsers, both Safari and Firefox returned the same results, with different wording, which
I guess was due to which links I used.

Thanks for reading.

PeerCube has selling choices for Loan Status, Loan Purpose, Credit Grade, Credit Score Trend, Application Type, Loan Length, and Never Late.
Interest Rate, Outstanding Note Principal, and Markup/Discount Range are also available.
Hope that's pertinent info.

Investors - LC / Investment order received Emails

I buy through LC and they still send me investment emails, faster than I can log out.  Maybe your buyer has some preference box that needs to be checked?

Here's what I'm doing.

I withdrew all my capital in 2016.  Now my mission is to withdraw cash to reimburse myself for taxes I've paid for prior years through the end of '16.  Add $500 for lost cash equivalent interest, and I'll be even except for '17 and thereafter taxes.  Meanwhile, I am still also reinvesting in new notes if there doesn't seem to be any reason not to.  Philosophy:  I want a return of my money while it's still there to grab back.  Am parking it in short term treasuries and credit union money market.

Foliofn - LC / phone call from Folio
March 15, 2017, 11:00:00 PM
Good to know.  Thanks for having that conversation!  So LC's door is the one to be knocking on for results....that's informative, if not specifically helpful.  Glad he called you!!

Investors - LC / Why so much time "In Review"?
March 13, 2017, 11:00:00 PM
Loan ID 98043825 for 10K has been in Review since Feb. 14.
Why so long?
LC wants to hang on longer to 10K from 272 lenders even if the borrower (Home Impr. loan) is not responding?  Grade is F1.
